Ordering
What is the HubSpot Merch Store? It's an online store where UNBOUND attendees can pre-order official HubSpot merchandise ahead of the event. The store is run by &Open on behalf of HubSpot.
How do I place an order? Browse the store at shop.hubspot.com, add items to your cart, and complete checkout. Placing an order means you're making an offer to purchase — we'll send you a confirmation once it's accepted.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? Once an order is placed, the purchase and price are final. We're not able to make changes or process cancellations, so please double-check your items and the total before you confirm.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit cards. Your card is charged at the time you place your order.
Will I get a confirmation? Yes. We'll send you a confirmation email once your order is accepted. You need this confirmation to collect your items onsite.
Pickup
How do I collect my order?
All orders must be picked up in person at the Thomas M. Menino Convention & Exhibition Center in Boston, during UNBOUND — September 16–18, 2026. No shipping is available. To pickup your order at the venue, you’ll need your confirmation email and valid photo ID.
What are the pickup hours?
Pickup is available throughout the UNBOUND event, September 16–18, 2026. We'll share more specific booth hours closer to the event.
What if I can't make it to the event?
If you don't collect your order onsite during UNBOUND, your items will be donated. We're not able to ship items or issue refunds for orders that aren't collected.
Products and pricing
Are all items in stock?
We do our best to keep product availability accurate, but items can sell out and may be discontinued at any time.
What if there's a pricing error?
We work hard to display accurate prices, but if an error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the affected order. Your card is never charged more than the price shown at checkout.
Can prices change after I order?
No. Once you complete your purchase, the price is locked in. We won't adjust it upward — and we also won't issue price adjustments if the same item later goes on sale.
Data and privacy
What do you do with my personal data?
When you place an order, your information (name, address, contact details) is shared with HubSpot as part of the gifting programme, and processed by &Open and its partners to fulfil your order and provide customer support. You can read more in &Open's Privacy Policy.
